3. Referral Link: Clicking on a referral link provided by a Torno user will start the app download process. After installation, you will be directed to the sign-up page.

Yes, you must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy before you can proceed further in the app. You can review the terms and conditions by tapping on the toggle button located upon opening the app.

The app will read both SIM cards and allow you to choose the number you want to use.

Yes, you can choose the "None of the above" option and manually enter your mobile number.

You will receive an error message stating that the number needs to be a valid US mobile number.

Yes, upon requesting an OTP, you will be asked if you prefer automatic filling. If accepted, this preference is saved. Otherwise, you can manually enter the OTP each time. You can adjust your settings in the user profile to switch between automatic and manual entry.

Each OTP is valid for 10 minutes. If you try to use it after this time, you will need to enter a new OTP.

You will receive a message indicating the error and the number of remaining attempts (2 attempts remaining). If you use all your attempts within a 4-hour period, the account will be locked for 4 hours. In severe cases, the account may face a suspension of 2 months. To regain access, you must contact support.

Your referral code is displayed in the user profile section of the app. You can also access it by clicking on the refer icon and then copying the link.

Yes, you can enter the mobile number of the existing user who referred you instead of a referral code.

You will receive an error message if you enter an invalid referral code, mobile number, or leave the field blank.

Initially, your refer code is used as your username. You can change your username once. However, this change won't alter your permanent referral code.

There are two types of tournaments:

• Free Tournaments: These tournaments are open to everyone and offer endless gameplay opportunities.

Free tournament cards are borderless and have a blue play button. Crown tournament cards have a gradient border and a gradient play button.

By default, your Crown level is 1. Crown tournaments are unlocked by reaching Crown level 2. You can participate in Crown tournaments very easily, all you need is 1 active user in your referral network.
To increase your Crown level, it's essential to accumulate direct referrals by inviting friends to join TORNO. However, it's important to note that only active members contribute to your Crown level progression.
TORNO employs a tiered referral system, where each tier represents a level of referral connections. The tiers represent the referral chain. Tier 1 refers to users you directly referred, while Tier 2 to Tier 15 represent users indirectly referred through your initial referrals. Each tier has a decreasing weightage in your crown level progression. Tap the network icon at the bottom of the home screen. You'll see a network tree showcasing the number of users in your network, categorized by tiers (Tier 1 being your direct referrals).

In TORNO tournaments, players have the freedom to engage in the game multiple times throughout the tournament duration. Your tournament score accumulates from each play session, as every score contributes to your final score.

Tournament rewards are based on multiple criteria, including:

• Free Tournaments: Ranking on the leaderboard directly correlates to the rewards.
• Crown Tournaments: Crown level and ranking on the leaderboard determine the number of coins won.

Tap the network icon at the bottom of the home screen. You'll see a network tree showcasing users who joined using your referral code, categorized by tiers (Tier 1 being your direct referrals).

Everyone you have directly referred belong to network Tier 1. Those referred by them belong to Tier 2, and so on, with Tier 3 indicating the subsequent tier in the referral network.

Yes, clicking on a specific Tier in the network section allows you to view details of active and inactive users you referred to , including their accumulated coins.

There are several ways to access your referral link:

• Referral Icon: Click the referral icon at the bottom left of the navigation bar. You can then copy the link or use the suggested apps to share it.
• Crown Tournament Game Card: Click the "Refer" option on the Crown tournament game card on the home screen.

The "Legends" tab showcases the top 50 players on TORNO with the most accumulated coins across all games.

"My Balance" reflects the number of coins you can redeem for rewards, while "Total Winnings" represents the total number of coins you have ever won.

You can redeem your coins for Amazon gift vouchers in the wallet section. The minimum redemption amount starts at $0.10 (equivalent to 100 coins).

Should your redemption attempt fail, the coins will be reverted to your balance. You may retry once the coins are restored.
